How it Works
Settled on a Totter + Tumble play mat for expecting parents or perhaps it is on a loved ones baby shower registry. Our Letterbox Gift Service allows you to gift them what they want + gives them the freedom to choose their perfect design.

- Don't forget a gift message, so they can thank you for their best baby item later on.
Gift Service Shipping
Orders placed Monday-Friday will be shipped on a tracked service with either GLS or DHL within 24hours, apart from on Bank Holidays and should be with you within ten to fourteen working days from dispatch.
There is a gift service handling fee of €10 per order which is non refundable.
Returning Swatches
We actively encourage swatch returns to keep our swatch and gift services running sustainably.
Swatches must be returned to our NL-based address, you are responsible arranging the return and all related costs.
Gifted swatches can be returned at any time - as they are sent out free of charge, these are not refundable or linked to any order placed for a play mat

Our premium Mailbox Gift Service allows you to gift a play mat, but gives them the choice of design! If you are looking for a custom voucher amount, why not send a Digital Gift Card instead.

If you aren't sure which designs they like best, we can pick for you. Just drop us an email once you have placed the order.
My friends have a play mat on their gift registry, but I'm not sure which size?
Choosing our Mailbox Gift Voucher allows your loved one to choose their preferred design + any size. Any extra funds due can be paid by a second payment method at check out.
